Convenient hotel. Security latch for door was broken as well as the socket for one side table lamp (and not something that could have been overlooked by hotel staff). Otherwise, a decent hotel.

Nice hotel in a nice area

The location of the hotel right off Michigan Avenue was perfect. Public parking right across the street. The hotel is fresh and new. Many staff available to assist. Do not skip the complimentary breakfast! I would easy pay $20 for that breakfast as it had everything from fresh fruit, real eggs, pastries, even a coffee cream warmer/frother machine for the great coffee!

Beautiful hotel. Most definitely a 10 start hotel, From service to cleanliness. The roof top is phenomenal.

Property is clean and convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. Do not expect your room a minute before the 4:00 check in. The hotel is very nice and updated. The room was nice but hard to sleep due to noisy (rattled all night) air conditioner. Also, the smoke detector has an obnoxious flashing light all night long. If you like total darkness to sleep you are in trouble as the flashing light lights up the room.
